As your Listing Agent I will assist you in all steps needed
to sell your home. I believe one of the most important "pieces" for listing your home is to disclose, disclose
and disclose. There shouldn't be any reason for not informing a potential buyer on any problems your home
may have previously experienced or improvements you have completed. Technology today allows information
to be easily accessible on improvements, repairs, insurance claims, and much more. Disclosing information
will keep surprises from "poppin up" that could STOP the sale of your property.
As a Buyers Agent I will
help with pre-qualification. It is important to know your target price range before the search begins. Buying
a home is a major step and an exciting one. As your agent I will guide you through the "buying" process from
start to finish. Your home search will become my priority and I will be available to you for all your questions and
concerns. You and I will find the perfect home for you and/or your family.
I am also a Licensed Mortgage Loan
Officer and am able to assist you with Pre-qualifying
for your perfect home. There are many programs available to assist buyers in making their dream of owning a home come
true. I only use my Loan Officer information to make sure I assist my clients on their needs. If you are a Buyer,
I assit to make sure you are working with a Loan Officer that is qualified and will follow through on your loan through the
process so you do not face pentalities. If you are a Seller and I list your property, I follow up on the Buyers qualifications
to help the process BEFORE an offer is accepted. We don't want a property off the market for an unqualified Buyer.
